PCE offers a complete range of survey support services. These include construction surveying, boundary and topographic surveying, condominium surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys and subdivision surveys.

Construction Survey

Our experience ranges from highrise buildings to small single family residences. Establishing primary building horizontal and vertical control points, transferring building layout lines, providing location and grade points for roads, utilities, curb and gutter, and site grading are a few of the services PCE provides. Utility record drawings and height certifications are also a part of our normal work load.

Boundary & Topographic Mapping

Preparation of a boundary and topographic survey is usually the first step in the design of any project. PCE routinely prepares boundary and topographic surveys for sites ranging in complexity from small single family platted lots to very large tracts involving complex boundary research and resolution. Unless further development is planned for the property, record of survey maps are prepared and filed with the appropriate county auditor.

Condominiums

PCE is often involved with condominium projects. In addition to obtaining the necessary field measurements, the survey group coordinates the results with the client and attorney while preparing the map and plans portion of the condominium document, as well as reviewing the declaration for compatibility. ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys

PCE works with a number of local, regional and national clients wishing to obtain owner's extended coverage title insurance coverage. We keep current on the latest standards and have been involved with a variety of project types, generally working under short-term time requirements.

Subdivisions

The survey group at PCE is involved in all levels of the subdivision process. We produce and analyze easements, dedications, boundary line adjustments, short plats, and binding site plans as well as formal subdivisions on a daily basis.
